With more than 30 years experience working in commercial real estate on a national level, Bobby has the tools to work with his clients on creating long-term growth strategies and identifying new opportunities. Bobby also has expertise in assisting his clients through the entire deal-making process which consists of market research, site identification, LOI negotiation, and preparation of materials for his clients’ real estate committee process. He is proud to represent and has worked with such well-known brands as Sephora, Williams-Sonoma, Pottery Barn, West Elm, Container Store, Shake Shack, Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Sprouts Farmers Market, Ann Taylor, Talbots, Vineyard Vines, H&M, and many more.
Prior to starting Rhino Realty Group, Bobby spent 20 years at Bennett Williams where he was a Principal Partner and served as President. During that time, his focus was on commercial leasing and tenant representation.
Over the years, Bobby has gained experience and knowledge working with developers on retail projects from the ground up by identifying sites and assisting in the negotiation of contracts for the development of open-air centers and big box projects. He has also assisted in the redevelopment and repurposing of major malls in our ever-changing retail world.
