Kevin has been working in commercial real estate since 2008 and has participated in virtually every aspect of the business – tenant representation, third-party leasing, and land development. He has more than 20 years of marketing and management experience prior to his commercial real estate career. Kevin focuses heavily on retail and has had the opportunity to work with such clients as Santander Bank, Bone Fish Grill, The Children’s Place, Visionworks, Super Shoes, and Sprouts Farmers Markets. He was also instrumental in the ground-up development of Messina Highlands from start to finish finalizing deals with Panera Bread, Five Guys, Mattress Warehouse, Peoples Bank, Chipotle, and Great Clips. In addition, Kevin worked extensively on the redevelopment of the West Manchester Mall in its conversion to West Manchester Town Center and assisted in finalizing deals with Burlington, Petco, HomeGoods, Outback, Metro Diner, Ann Taylor Loft, Kirkland’s, and DSW.  

Kevin is a lifelong resident of York PA and attended Penn State University. Prior to his career in real estate, Kevin was the Vice President and Owner of Lifestyle Foods and also spent 25 years at Martin’s Potato Chips where he served as President and CEO.
